About the Role

Clinical Pharmacists are sought after to work in a dynamic hospital setting. This role offers an opportunity to develop digital, clinical, organisational, and interpersonal skills in a newly redeveloped, state-of-the-art facility.

This is a rotational position with key responsibilities including providing clinical pharmacy services to patients. Additionally, the role involves being the Subject Matter Expert for medication-related digital health applications and supporting our Clinical Informatics Team with medication content.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require registration with AHPRA as a practising pharmacist with no restrictions. Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a clinical pharmacist in an Australian hospital setting is also necessary.

Prior experience with electronic prescribing software, preferably Cerner, would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential.

You must be dedicated to promoting medication safety and the quality use of medicines. Inspired to lead process improvements in electronic medication management.
