Electronic Security Contract Manager Job Summary

As an Electronic Security Contract Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of electronic security projects and service contracts. Your role will be responsible for the full lifecycle of these projects, including managing contracts from award to completion, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.

  • Contract Administration: You will oversee contract administration for new installations, upgrades, and maintenance agreements in electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, integrated systems).
  • Project Planning and Scheduling: You will lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Client and Consultant Relations: You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Variations, Claims, Risk Assessments, and Negotiations: You will manage variations, claims, risk assessments, and contract negotiations.
  • Operational and Financial Performance: You will work closely with estimators, project managers, and service teams to drive operational and financial performance.
