Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Leader to join our team in Transport Planning and Integration. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating Victoria's transport network to meet current and future community needs.

The role involves leading the strategic transport planning, technical coordination, and integration of Victoria's Big Build program into the transport system. This includes ensuring that it is fit-for-purpose, sustainable, and aligned with long-term State priorities.

The position also requires effective leadership across a significant and diverse team in a high-profile and robust workplace. The successful candidate will have expertise in high-level and complex stakeholder relationships within the private and public sectors.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience at a senior level within a large Government Department or a relevant private sector organisation
  • Effective leadership across a significant and diverse team in a high-profile and robust workplace
  • Expertise in high-level and complex stakeholder relationships within the private and public sectors
  • A relevant tertiary degree and post graduate qualifications
