We are seeking a highly skilled Global Operations Director to lead and execute strategic consulting engagements across our global businesses, driving value and continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the world's largest meal kit provider.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a large team across multiple markets, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement workforce strategies in line with current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, providing trusted, strategic advice to drive project success.
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives, promoting operational efficiency across the region.
  • Analyze data and key metrics to inform decision-making and deliver actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in managing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience working globally or regionally, ideally across multiple countries.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and external agencies.
  • Leadership experience with a proven ability to train, mentor, and develop teams.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
