Legal Counsel Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel to join our Energy and Utilities team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy and utility law, with the ability to provide strategic advice on various workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our legal, climate, and energy teams to drive key energy and utilities initiatives.
  • Advise on new strategies and processes for data center developments across APJ.
  • Provide legal support on our strategic initiatives, including construction, sustainability, and procurement.
Requirements:
  • Law degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in energy, utilities, and renewables gained from a reputable firm or in-house environment.
  • Experience advising across a broad range of energy and utilities-related areas.
