**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced Communications Advisor to play a key role in

positioning Squadron internally and externally to achieve successful execution of our Strategy.

This will include assisting in the development of clear narratives, key messages, publications and content to drive the evolution of the Squadron Energy brand to be a leading advocate in the energy transition.

In addition, the role will be responsible for implementing clear and impactful internal communications to ensure that the Squadron Energy staff are empowered and engaged.

The role will be required to work closely with the Squadron Communications Manager, and the existing Tattarang External Affairs and Communications team to ensure alignment.

Duties include:

- Be agile and engaged with all areas of the business
- Provide support and advice to the Communications Manager
- Produce verbal, video, graphic, written and other content to support the Communications team
- Working closely with the individual Project Directors/project stakeholder teams to manage integrated communications and a coordinated approach across the business
- Develop and/or co-ordinate content for policy submissions, social media, website and any other internal and external published documents
- Ensure the webpage, social media and internal communications channels are up to date at all times.

**Qualifications**:
Requires tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Communications, Marketing, Public Relations/Policy, Government, Stakeholder Management) or related discipline

A minimum of 10 years experience in communications

Experience with Asana, Microsoft Teams, photoshop and video editing is a must

An understanding of the communications requirements of an asset intensive (development, construction, delivery, operation) type organisation.

Experience supporting the successful development of major infrastructure projects with Government highly desirable.

Experience working across multiple projects and managing multiple internal and external relationships/clients

A track recording in building strategic, effective and high quality communications

Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly developed interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationships both internally and externally

Well-developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to deliver to tight timelines whilst maintaining accuracy

Developed managerial skills with the ability to coach and mentor other team members across a matrix structure

Excellent analytical skills with an eye for quality and attention to detail
