Campus Director

Our Concord campus is located a short distance from Sydney Olympic Park and Bicentennial Park. With two dedicated outdoor play areas, including large sandpits, fruit and vegetable gardens, relaxation spaces and beautiful green surrounds, children have space to explore, create and lead their own play. Our four age-based indoor spaces provide an abundance of natural light and are designed to encourage children's growth and learning with a focus on safety and natural elements. There is ample parking at the front gate with coded entry for smooth, secure drop off and pick up. We are a five-minute walk from Concord West Train Station, with regular services available to the city and wider area.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong ECT or Diploma qualified advocate and leader to join Only About Children as Director of our Concord service.

You will join an organisation that has just rolled out our 2025 CD training program. You will participate in a new initiative to enable Directors to become the CEO of their Campus.

As Centre Director you will manage the operations of the centre with a focus on five key pillars: People, Quality, Growth, Safety and Financial performance. We will provide you with the tools, mentoring and technology to enable you to succeed in the role.

• Strong ECT or Diploma qualification
• Leadership and operations experience in early childhood education
• Ability to oversee the five pillars: People, Quality, Growth, Safety and Financial performance
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and CD training
• Current Employee Working with Children Check (as required by law)

The 2025 CD training program is part of this initiative to empower directors to lead their campus.
