Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and guidance to leaders on employee-related matters, including probationary periods, flexible work arrangements, and performance improvement plans.
- Coordinate the Employee Relations Compliance program, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Support the Employee Relations team with administrative tasks, including preparing meeting notes, taking minutes, and collating documentation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to support employee well-being and engagement.
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Entry-level HR experience in a mid to large-sized organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and leaders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in coordinating administrative tasks and projects.
