About the role : Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a UI / UX Analyst, you will be responsible for designing seamless and accessible digital experiences by applying user-centred design methodologies.
Working closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and testers, you will lead user research, craft intuitive interfaces, and ensure that end products meet user expectations and business goals.
Key Responsibilities User Experience Research & Analysis Conduct user research using interviews, contextual inquiries, A / B testing, surveys, and metrics analysis.
Create and maintain personas, scenarios, task flows, and information architecture diagrams.
Conduct heuristic reviews of existing interfaces and document recommendations for improvement.
UI / UX Design Execution Develop wireframes, mock-ups, interactive prototypes, and visual designs based on user needs and business requirements.
Contribute to the design of digital interfaces that align with core UX principles while balancing user and business goals.
Plan and conduct face-to-face or remote usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on findings.
Cross-functional Collaboration Work alongside business analysts, developers, and systems engineers throughout design, implementation, and launch phases.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment on UX strategy and progress.
Documentation & Governance Maintain up-to-date documentation related to user research, design rationale, and feedback outcomes.
Ensure technical and non-technical documentation is clear, complete, and current.
Key Outcomes & Success Factors Deliver intuitive, elegant, and accessible user interfaces.
Ensure high usability and satisfaction among end users.
Provide UX leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Promote the value of design thinking across the team.
Qualifications & Experience Demonstrated experience in user-centred design and usability testing.
Proficiency in wireframing / prototyping tools (e.g.
Adobe XD, Balsamiq).
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Ability to adhere to style standards on fonts, colours, and layout.
Experience working in Agile and Dev Ops teams.
