Job Description

The Role:

  • Manage all operational aspects of the Service Branch, including workshop services, mechanical field services, and conveyor belt maintenance.
  • Provide effective management and guidance to the mechanical and belt splicing/rubber lining teams.
  • Carry out investigations of customer complaints related to quality, tolerance, specifications, and product condition.
  • Ensure the branch reaches set targets, including financial and KPIs relating to operational services, parts, and product sales.
  • Ensure compliance with company OH&S policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience working with the maintenance of conveyor belt systems.
  • Significant experience managing or supervising a mining-related service operation.
  • Sound experience and clear leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and guide others.
  • Strong financial acumen, including the ability to read and analyze financial and operational reports.
Location

This position is based in Kalgoorlie. You may need to relocate to Kalgoorlie or live in the surrounding area.
