About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee multiple locations, drive sales growth, and enhance performance across the board.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and improve sales, profitability, and operational efficiency through regular reviews and team interaction.
- Ensure showroom floors feature best-selling items tailored to each store's needs using relevant reporting for informed decision-making.
- Minimize stock shrinkage and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Set clear KPIs, coach store managers, and address performance gaps effectively.
- Attract, recruit, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of engagement and excellence.
- Develop and implement training programs to elevate team performance and ensure ongoing professional growth.
- Analyze sales, financial, and operational reports to make data-driven decisions and implement action plans.
- Manage escalated customer complaints according to business needs.
- Regularly visit stores across different regions to provide hands-on support and build strong relationships with store teams.
- Maintain Workplace Health and Safety standards, ensuring a safe environment for staff and customers.
