About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee multiple locations, drive sales growth, and enhance performance across the board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and improve sales, profitability, and operational efficiency through regular reviews and team interaction.
  • Ensure showroom floors feature best-selling items tailored to each store's needs using relevant reporting for informed decision-making.
  • Minimize stock shrinkage and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Set clear KPIs, coach store managers, and address performance gaps effectively.
  • Attract, recruit, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of engagement and excellence.
  • Develop and implement training programs to elevate team performance and ensure ongoing professional growth.
  • Analyze sales, financial, and operational reports to make data-driven decisions and implement action plans.
  • Manage escalated customer complaints according to business needs.
  • Regularly visit stores across different regions to provide hands-on support and build strong relationships with store teams.
  • Maintain Workplace Health and Safety standards, ensuring a safe environment for staff and customers.
