
Advanced Equipment Specialist

A Fleet Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities at the production site. This includes maintaining and troubleshooting advanced machines and equipment, such as automotive assets, heavy transit vehicles, cranes, and industrial equipment.
The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians through daily repairs, preventative maintenance actions, and complex projects to ensure maximum asset availability. They will manage workload distribution, triage maintenance requests, and work with third-party vendors for parts acquisition and on-site maintenance.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in maintenance or field-work environment, and 2+ years of experience leading a team. Preferred skills include proficiency in Microsoft applications, asset management software, and budget management.
