Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned equipment reliability professional to play a pivotal role in ensuring the dependability of our critical assets.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of mechanical, fluid, and electrical component functionality, as well as experience with maintenance and reliability metrics.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement a reliability monitoring system for our manufacturing process
  • Analyze and improve design elements for all tooling, focusing on electrical/automation integration
  • Design new industrial control panels that meet NFPA79/NEC/UL508A compliance standards
  • Develop engineering solutions to repetitive or high-impact failures through Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Design intuitive HMI screens for complex machinery while providing sufficient feedback for troubleshooting
  • Conduct Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) to create proactive reliability programs for critical equipment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements, design iterations, and complete equipment overhauls
  • Ensure maintainability is incorporated into new designs through collaboration with internal teams
