Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Coordinator Administrator to join our logistics team in Brisbane. This is a permanent opportunity to work with leading beverage company.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage equipment movement to ensure accurate inventory levels
  • Conduct visual inspections of equipment on arrival for damages
  • Support logistics and asset management activities
  • Ensure correct consumption of parts numbers on paperwork
  • Perform minor refurbishments of equipment to industry standards
  • Follow recycling and waste management procedures
  • Collaborate with service managers to maintain equipment and gas registers
  • Work with service technicians to maintain a clean and safe environment

About You

  • Previous experience in administration or inventory management in a similar role
  • History of problem-solving and continuous process improvement
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Able to facilitate meetings and workshops
  • Self-motivated with high standards of accountability
  • Forklift Licence an advantage but not essential
  • SAP experience desirable
