Job Title: Inventory Logistics Specialist

The Material Coordination Team plays a vital role in ensuring the right material is available at the right time to support production of vehicles and other products.

About the Role

As an Inventory Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for coordination and management of inventory by ensuring materials are properly identified and recorded in SAP-ERP S/4 Hana system. You will develop standards, metrics, scorecards for RDA and work collaboratively with Production team in fulfilling production orders, Procurement team in following backorders and deliveries, Master Data team in preparing master data requirements, Quality team in assisting material inbounds, supporting Warehousing & Logistics team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing standards, metrics, and scorecards for RDA.
  • Collaborating with Production, Procurement, Master Data, and Quality teams.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely recording of materials in SAP-ERP S/4 Hana system.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience working in a Material Coordination role.
  • Strong ERP systems experience, preferably in SAP.
  • Demonstrated experience in inventory analysis, forecasting, and master data management.
