About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food is delivered to our guests, and maintaining a positive and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Train and develop a team of kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service and quality food.
  • Monitor and control kitchen expenses, including labor costs and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
