About The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and mechanically minded Electrical Fitter to join our Service Department on the day shift and work alongside our Brisbane team based in Wacol.

In this role, you'll enjoy performing holistic high voltage electrical services, maintenance and repairs on Electric Drive Hitachi Dump Trucks with various other earthmoving plant components and product lines.

  • Safety Commitment – Proactive awareness and total assurance of Hitachi's number one priority
  • Qualifications – Certificate III in Electrical Fitting and a current driver's license
  • Technical Skillset – High OEM level understanding of Dump trucks and High Voltage electrical fault finding & diagnosis on AC & DC Motors
  • Customer Focus – Connected and committed to delivering Hitachi's promise of Total Customer Satisfaction
  • Autonomous Productivity – Initiative to plan work fronts efficiently and effectively to deliver quality outcomes in a high pressure environment
