Electrical Maintenance Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and mechanically-minded Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our service department on a permanent full-time basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing holistic high-voltage electrical services, maintenance, and repairs on electric drive vehicles and other equipment.

You will also be expected to perform diagnostic evaluations and component fault analytics on quality earthmoving machinery.

About You
  • Safety Commitment – Proactive awareness and assurance of safety as the number one priority
  • Qualifications – Certificate III in Electrical Fitting and current driver’s license; additional qualifications such as WAH, Dogging & Forklift Tickets would be advantageous
  • Technical Skillset – High OEM level understanding of Dump trucks and High Voltage electrical fault finding & diagnosis on AC & DC Motors – Specific exposure to Hitachi equipment, KATO or Siemens Motors will be beneficial
  • Customer Focus – Committed to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Autonomous Productivity – Initiative to plan work efficiently and effectively to deliver quality outcomes in a high-pressure environment
  • Personable and Professional Communication Skills – Positive communication skills both written and verbal; report writing and risk assessment completion required
