About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and mechanically skilled professional to join our Service Department in Wacol, Brisbane. In this role, you will perform holistic high voltage electrical services, maintenance, and repairs on Electric Drive Dump Trucks with various other earthmoving plant components and product lines.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations and component fault analytics on quality earthmoving machinery.
  • Enjoy unlimited access to technical support and OEM level training.
  • Work alongside our Brisbane team to provide industry-leading after-sales service and reliable solutions.

Requirements
  • Safety Commitment – Proactive awareness and total assurance of our number one priority.
  • Qualifications – Certificate III in Electrical Fitting and a current driver's license.
  • Technical Skillset – High OEM level understanding of Dump trucks and High Voltage electrical fault finding & diagnosis on AC & DC Motors.
  • Customer Focus – Connected and committed to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Autonomous productivity – Initiative to plan work fronts efficiently and effectively to deliver quality outcomes in a high-pressure environment.
  • Personable and Professional Communication Skills – above all else, we are looking for a real team player who has positive communication skills; both written and verbal as you will be report writing and completing risk assessments.
