Job Overview

The role of Time and Attendance Specialist involves providing expert support to stakeholders in relation to our centralized time management system.

This position plays a vital part in establishing and upholding robust time attendance practices and processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high-quality administrative support to stakeholders across time attendance activities.
  • Monitoring reviewing online timesheet submissions approvals resolving errors and non-compliance.
  • Reviewing managing retrospective payment claims.
  • Investigating resolving discrepancies or issues related to time attendance submissions records.
  • Offering guidance training for new existing users in the use of Time and Attendance policies compliance obligations.
  • Ensuring effectiveness of Time Attendance practices against SLAs KPIs participating in process improvement activities.
Key Requirements
