Time and Attendance Systems Specialist

Kronos Rostering System specialists are responsible for implementing, managing and maintaining time and attendance systems. This includes ensuring compliance with EBA and Award rules.

  • Implement and manage the Kronos Rostering system across the organization.
  • Provide guidance and coaching for super users and end users on correct use of the system.
  • Work with IT and vendors on updates, upgrades, and system changes.
  • Manage the rostering system support inbox and respond to queries.

  • Expertise in Kronos Systems administration, implementation, and configuration.
  • A solid understanding of the end-to-end Payroll process.
  • Strong knowledge of legislative requirements, awards, and EBAs.
