Job Title: Senior Visual Design Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled senior visual design coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the design process for multiple projects, from preconstruction to delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes. They will be responsible for coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop and finalize design plans, specifications, and construction documents.

A key responsibility of this role will be reviewing architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with building codes and regulations.

The successful candidate will also conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, identify design-related issues, and provide necessary guidance and solutions.

This position will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to address design changes, modifications, and value engineering opportunities.

Maintaining accurate documentation and records of design decisions, approvals, and revisions throughout the project lifecycle is also an essential part of this role.

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Candidate should have 3-5 years of post-graduate experience working on construction projects, preferably in the commercial or industrial sector.
  • Candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams.
