Purpose:

This role combines commercial acumen with a genuine commitment to Anglicare's values, driving positive change for hundreds of residents at our Castle Hill site.

You will lead the implementation of our innovative 'For Life' model, unifying five distinct communities into a cohesive environment. This requires exceptional leadership skills, empathy, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transformation of our villages, integrating enhanced care services and lifestyle options.
  • Develop and foster a unified site culture where all residents and staff feel valued and supported.
  • Oversee care services, prioritising resident well-being, dignity, and individual preferences.
  • Manage resources effectively, ensuring efficient deployment.
  • Drive operational excellence across all village services and amenities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective occupancy strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide strategic insights to the seniors living leadership team.

About You:

  • Proven leadership experience at senior management level.
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with a genuine commitment to Anglicare's values.
  • Solution-oriented approach to continuously improve resident experiences and operational performance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
  • Change management expertise and the ability to lead teams through significant transformation.
  • A server leader who motivates, develops and empowers teams towards operational excellence.
  • Empathetic approach to resident care and well-being.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute complex plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 360 Suite applications.
  • Current RSA for operations in NSW (or willingness to obtain).

Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
