We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Behaviour Support Professional to lead our Positive Behaviour Support teams across multiple states. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the clinical and financial performance of your assigned states and provide discipline-specific leadership to support the development of our BSP supervisors.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in providing evidence-based clinical support that aligns with NDIS guidelines and Better Rehab policy and procedures.
