The Role

As part of our Marketing & Sales group, the Market & Sales Operation Analyst will support the Market & Sales team with cost and schedule reporting and key M&S deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly CMO cost review and reporting (Actual vs Budget/Forecast).
  • Support Business Units and Finance in the elaboration of M&S budget for Saab Australia (planning and content) to avoid any gaps between tools (Agresso and CRM).
  • Lead the M&S Budget / Forecast consolidation and tracking.
  • Act as one of the three Saab Autralia CRM Super Users by attending weekly CRM Super Users meetings and supporting the organisation of global CRM trainings for CSR and PSR.
  • Develop fit-for-purpose, tailored management reporting dashboards from CRM.
  • Regularly monitor the status of CRM to ensure all CRM entries are up to date and aligned with the business units.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in project management or business.
  • Extensive business analysis experience within a sales & project execution organisation, specifically within the defence or resources industries on complex major capital projects.
  • Experience in establishing a performance reporting framework, processes and procedures.
  • Strong acumen with Excel, Power Point, PowerPivots, database establishment and management and SharePoint development along with Power BI experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working in and leading in a complex stakeholder environment.
  • Australian citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance.
