We are seeking an accomplished Sales and Marketing professional to drive business growth through innovative strategies and exceptional customer service.
This role will play a crucial part in expanding our market share. Your responsibility will be to analyse market trends, develop comprehensive sales plans, design impactful marketing campaigns and lead the sales and marketing team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing management role, with a background in managing sales and marketing efforts in international markets. They must possess excellent relationship-building skills, strong organisational skills and the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive sales plans aligned with company goals
- Design impactful online and offline marketing strategies
- Lead the sales and marketing team
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners and clients
- Refine strategies based on customer feedback and industry trends
- Strategically manage budgets for sales and marketing initiatives
- Plan and supervise promotional events and campaigns
- Develop strategies for national and international market penetration
- Maintain records and evaluate strategy execution
