Digital Engineering Lead

We're seeking an experienced Digital Engineering professional to lead our team in implementing digital engineering practices and standards for School Infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of establishing and managing digital engineering business units, with experience in BIM Management and program delivery.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital engineering strategies and standards;
  • Liaise with design consultants and project teams to ensure seamless delivery;
  • Manage and report on BIM audit systems and processes;
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team;
  • Ensure alignment with departmental policies and legislative requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated equivalent professional experience;
  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education;
  • Strong leadership and management skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
