The Opportunity
We are seeking an organised and energetic Corporate Receptionist to join our Head Office team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and professional front-of-house experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and direct visitors with a friendly and professional approach
- Answer and redirect incoming calls
- Manage meeting room bookings and carpark allocations
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
- Order uniforms, office and kitchen supplies
- Clean and stock kitchen areas
- Book travel for our Head Office team
- Support employee onboarding
- Keep our floor plans and seating charts up to date
- Reconcile credit cards and make ad hoc purchases
About You
You will be someone who thrives on being helpful, has an eye for detail, and brings a can-do attitude to the office every day. You should be comfortable juggling multiple tasks and enjoy solving problems on the fly.
Ideal Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in a similar receptionist or front-of-house role
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
