Job Title:

Senior Asset Manager

About the Role:

We seek a full-time Senior Asset Manager to work with us on a major client portfolio, executing day-to-day property management services and providing strategic and operational management of the portfolio.

  • Communicate and report to stakeholders, reviewing frameworks to ensure assets are appropriately managed.
  • Provide leadership in tenancy management, administration, financial management, occupant satisfaction, maintenance programs, procurement, and property performance monitoring.
  • Develop and execute sustainability initiatives and value-adding strategies to deliver exceptional service.
Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Property.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Cirrus8.
  • The ability to ensure processes are followed and improve operating efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Experience working within tight operational deadlines.
