The Central Product, Product Governance Disclosure Document Manager role is part of a solutions-focused group. This position involves supporting the creation and dissemination of key financial information.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and enhance the suite of public investment disclosure documents and related communications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute disclosure updates, including developing project timelines.
- Ensure accurate records of disclosure documents and associated activities are maintained.
- Provide guidance on the structure and content of disclosure documents.
- Cultivate subject matter expertise across product, marketing, investment, finance, risk, operations, compliance, and legal teams to develop clear descriptions of investment product features and strategies.
- Partner with marketing and web teams on publishing disclosure documents and associated collateral.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial products and disclosure regulations.
- At least three years' experience in a similar role.
- Relevant degree education in economics or finance.
- Familiarity with Objective Keystone software preferred.
