Job Title: Central Product, Product Governance Disclosure Document Manager

The primary objective of this role is to oversee and enhance the suite of disclosure documents for the public investments business, along with related communications. This includes planning updates to these documents, maintaining accurate records, and providing guidance on their structure and content.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the management and enhancement of disclosure documents and related communications
Coordinate disclosure updates with key stakeholders, ensuring timely execution
Maintain accurate records of disclosure documents and associated activities
Provide expert guidance on the structure and content of disclosure documents
Oversee a team of subject matter experts responsible for crafting clear and concise descriptions of investment product features and strategies
Requirements:
Strong understanding of financial products and disclosure regulations
At least three years' experience in a relevant field, demonstrating expertise
Degree-educated in a relevant field such as economics or finance
Proficiency in the use of preferred software tools, specifically Objective Keystone
Collaborative, organized, and able to manage competing priorities with multiple deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills
