We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in Coolum Beach, QLD. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry
- Assist with meal preparation and shopping
- Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Support customers with complex care needs, such as dementia
