Home Care Worker Role Overview

At KinCare, we're committed to improving the quality of life and wellbeing for our customers through tailored in-home care services. As a Home Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our customers in the Coolum Beach area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry
  • Assisting with meal preparation and shopping
  • Providing social support and transport to lifestyle activities
  • Personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Providing respite and emotional support
  • Transporting customers to appointments

Requirements:

  • 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including personal care
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday
