Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a skilled Contract Management Specialist to provide expert guidance on corporate commercial matters and manage the company's compliance program.
  • Responsibilities include day-to-day contract administration, maintenance of legal precedent library, and provision of strategic advice on consumer law and privacy law.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in general commercial/contracts law, consumer law/privacy law, and strong analytical and drafting skills.
  • This is a unique opportunity for a lawyer to cover a 24-month maternity leave requirement and work with a global consumer electronics organization.

Key Qualifications:

  • Qualified lawyer with solid experience in a reputable law firm or large corporation.
  • Experience in general commercial/contracts law and consumer law/privacy law essential.
  • In-house secondment experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Substantial knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
