Role Overview

The Community & Partnerships team at Youturn is seeking a Brand and Marketing Coordinator to play a key role in shaping the organization's internal and external presence.

This role offers variety, creativity, and the chance to make a real difference. As part of the team, you will lead brand integrity across digital, print, merchandise, and signage, create compelling content for social media, website, video, and marketing collateral, manage campaigns that build awareness and drive engagement, coordinate events and fundraising initiatives, support internal communications, and guide teams on brand alignment.

Job Description

As a Brand and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Youturn's mission and values. You will work closely with the Community & Partnerships team to develop engaging content, manage campaigns, and coordinate events. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in marketing, communications, or public relations—ideally in the not-for-profit or community services sector.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
  • Proficiency in WordPress, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Experience in event coordination and fundraising.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • A collaborative mindset and leadership experience.
