Clinical Social Worker Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will provide specialist advice and clinical services to improve the quality of life and well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment and intervention programs, case management, clinical counselling, debriefing following critical events, and education and support for clients and carers.
  • Provide high-quality social work services that promote positive outcomes for clients and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal client care.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Work from an Australian University or equivalent qualification recognized by the relevant professional body.
  • Registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) as a Registered Social Worker (RSW).
  • Previous experience within an aged care or acute setting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with technology, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.
  • Current Australian driver's license and roadworthy registered vehicle.
