About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to use your skills to make a real difference in our local community. You will work closely with our marketing team to plan and execute high-impact campaigns across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Marketing: Plan and execute paid ad campaigns, manage social media, update website content, and analyze performance.
  • Email Marketing: Create and manage email campaigns and automation journeys to drive engagement and donations.
  • Content Creation: Craft compelling stories, blogs, media releases, and marketing materials that connect emotionally and drive engagement.
  • Campaign Coordination: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to promote events, services, and partnerships.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Demonstrated success in digital marketing, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Excellent writing skills with a strong ability to tell engaging stories.
  • Proficiency in Canva and basic design platforms.
  • A proactive, creative thinker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
