We are seeking an exceptional Client Liaison Officer who will work closely with our Client Services Managers to establish regions and drive our clients' goals forward.

As a Client Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with direct clients, Support Coordinators, and all stakeholders who require our services.
  • Assisting our Client Services Managers in end-to-end onboarding, and ongoing monitoring for all participants in your allocated regions caseload.
  • Collaborating with coordination, recruitment, and management to ensure best outcomes for all participants.
  • Assisting in onboarding of new participants with all relevant compliance.
  • Ongoing face to face meetings with participants to ensure service standards are upheld.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1 years' experience working in Disability from a client liaison perspective.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Person-centred focus in all communications and duties.
  • Ability to work autonomously and with a team.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or Working with Children Check & Police Check.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Experience meeting deadlines and working within a fast-paced environment.
  • Driver's License & reliable vehicle.
