About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team and provide support to people with disabilities. As a Disability Support Worker, you will work in a variety of settings, including Supported Independent Living houses and Day Programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and daily living assistance to individuals with disabilities
  • Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks
  • Encouraging participation in activities and promoting independence

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Disability Services
  • Experience working with people with disabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
