Job Opportunity: Earthmoving Equipment Technician
- Purpose of the Role
This role involves preparing and testing new earthmoving equipment to customer specifications, providing quality diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of new and used equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications or target times for improved punctuality and job efficiency.
- Preparation and testing of pre-delivery inspections for new equipment.
- Ensuring all work is performed in a safe manner.
- Completion and submission of relevant paperwork and reports.
Requirements for Success
- Minimum Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent discipline (Diesel Mechanic).
- Previous experience with overhaul, repair, and servicing of mechanical and hydraulic components on earthmoving equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge and diagnostic ability.
- Uncompromising commitment to quality workmanship and safety policies and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.

Additional Information
- We are seeking an experienced technician to join our busy workshop team in Adelaide.
- The successful candidate will be based in our Cavan branch and work on preparing new earthmoving equipment to customer specifications.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will include diagnostic accuracy, time efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols.
