Burleigh Venue Leader Job Description

As a dynamic and results-driven leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our vibrant Burleigh Heads venue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency to ensure a positive experience for all.
  • Manage daily inventory and stock levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive work environment that meets all relevant health and safety standards.
  • Recruit, train, and develop your team to achieve their full potential.
  • Monitor key metrics such as labor costs and COGs to inform business decisions.
  • Take ownership of the venue's performance, including profit and loss responsibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A proven track record in hospitality or retail management, with a focus on leadership and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • A natural problem-solver with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
