Experienced Paint Finisher Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced paint finisher to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for applying high-quality paint finishes to vehicles.

About the Role:
  • Colour mixing and matching vehicle after vehicle has been prepared and is scheduled for painting.
  • Maintaining a colour library.
  • Preparing, priming and painting vehicle as per Job Sheet requirements following paint supplier's process.
  • Buffing and denibbing vehicle.
  • Handling all vehicles with due care and attention.
  • Notating any extra paint work required that is not quoted for.
  • Reporting any old damage or poor previous repairs to the production manager.
  • Cleaning work bay and workshop areas.
  • Coaching apprentices when required.
Requirements:
  • Trade qualified paint finisher.
  • Minimum 3 years experience working as a trade qualified paint finisher.
  • A strong commitment to working in a safe manner.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
  • Owning tools to fulfil the role.
