About Spray Painting Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and qualified individual to fill a challenging Spray Painter position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix and match vehicle colours according to Job Sheet requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive colour library.
  • Prepare, prime, and paint vehicles in adherence to the paint supplier's process.
  • Buff and denib vehicles to achieve high-quality finishes.
  • Treat all vehicles with care and attention to detail.
  • Report any additional painting work required or damage/previous repairs to the production manager.
  • Clean work bays and workshop areas on a regular basis.
  • Coach apprentices when necessary.

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • A trade qualification in Spray Painting.
  • A minimum of three years experience working as a trade qualified Spray Painter.
  • A strong commitment to workplace safety.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • The ability to work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues.
  • To meet strict deadlines.
  • To be reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
  • Ownership of necessary tools to fulfill the role.
