About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Operational Readiness Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with our teams and leaders to deliver operational excellence and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational readiness plans to ensure seamless project execution and ramp-up.
  • Collaborate with project and operational teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure effective integration and handover of projects.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to drive business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance business performance.
  • Manage and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity and minimize downtime.

About You:

  • Proven experience in operational readiness, project management, and risk management.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in the mining industry.
