About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Experience Vehicle Detailer and Customer Service Professional. In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high standards of vehicle presentation, and providing outstanding service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring that all interactions are professional, friendly, and respectful.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Clean and present rental vehicles to the highest standard, ready for collection by customers.
  • Inspect and record vehicle damage, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Manage reservations, organise fleet movements, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Sell additional products and services to customers, meeting sales targets.

Requirements
  • A current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence is essential for this role.
  • You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work between 6am and midnight, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Previous experience in customer service, vehicle detailing, or a related field is highly desirable.
