Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer

SIXT Australia is seeking a Full Time Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer to join the team at Melbourne Airport.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, identifying opportunities to increase sales, and ensuring all rental vehicles meet SIXT Australia's high standards for cleanliness and presentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage rental agreements and provide excellent customer service
  • Sell additional products to customers and create sales opportunities
  • Organise fleet and manage reservations efficiently
  • Communicate with customers through various channels (face-to-face, phone, email)
  • Clean and prepare rental vehicles for customers
  • Inspect and record vehicle damage
  • Deliver vehicles between sites and maintain a clean working area

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience
  • An enthusiastic and driven individual who can exceed targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong attention to detail and good work ethic
  • Previous experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (desired but not essential)
  • A current unrestricted driver's license and full working rights in Australia
