Job Description:
The Department of Education seeks a dedicated Student Wellbeing Professional to support students with mild to moderate mental health concerns in primary and secondary state schools. This role involves working as part of schools' established student support teams to enhance wellbeing and mental health support available to students.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Passion for supporting young people's mental health
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of mental health principles and practices
- Comprehensive induction and regular supervision
