About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Digital Insights Director to lead our growing data intelligence and analytics offering. This role will work across strategy, performance marketing, SEO, paid media, and marketing automation to deliver meaningful insights that drive growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with client strategy and performance marketing teams to deliver advanced business intelligence, data, analytics, dashboards, tracking, and marketing automation solutions.
  • Design and execute analytics roadmaps that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Lead the delivery of Data & Analytics strategy for retainer clients and digital projects.
  • Build and optimise data systems, tracking, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Champion data quality, governance, and compliance across analytics workflows.

Requirements

  • A strong background in digital marketing analytics (GA4, GTM, Server-side measurement, Looker Studio, attribution).
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM integrations, and data migrations.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
