Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational readiness of our properties.

  • You will oversee all property infrastructure including exteriors, interiors, heating, lighting, electrical systems, and fuel systems.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure seamless operation.
  2. Manage and motivate your team to deliver high-quality results and achieve targets.
  3. Collaborate with other teams such as Housekeeping, Front of House, and Chef Teams to enhance the guest experience.
  4. Identify opportunities for energy efficiency and sustainable practices.
Requirements
  • Possess strong knowledge of property infrastructure and compliance requirements.
  • Able to implement and manage maintenance systems effectively.
  • Proven leadership skills to manage a team and build relationships with contractors.
