We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our security clearance processes and ensure compliance with government security frameworks.
About the Role- This position plays a critical role in supporting our Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) obligations, helping us achieve a higher level of personnel security.
- The successful candidate will oversee security vetting governance, policies, and processes, as well as spearhead our DISP uplift program from Level 2 to Level 3.
Your Day-to-Day Role Will Entail:
- Maintaining up-to-date security vetting records and ensuring accuracy in compliance reporting.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement secure solutions that meet government regulations.
- Providing expert advice on security matters to project stakeholders and management.
- Supporting staff through training and guidance on security procedures and protocols.
- A comprehensive understanding of AGSVA processes and requirements.
- Experience with government security frameworks such as PSPF, DSPF, and Australian Privacy Principles.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
Security clearance (NV2 minimum) or eligibility to obtain is mandatory. In this dynamic role, you will contribute to shaping the future of our industry by implementing robust security measures.
